NOTE: WE PUBLISHED FOLLOWING POLICY AT OUR SITE BECAUSE ALINIT PROJECT PARTLY MANAGING ALPHA INTL. IT GROUP LIQUIDATION. WE’LL MAINTAIN FOLLOWING POLICY AT OUR SOURCES TILL ALL OF ALPHA INTL. IT GROUP PROJECTS WILL BE COMPLETELY UNPUBLISHED.

At this stage, Alpha International IT Group have the technical ability to refund payments only to users who purchased our software or content through Google Play.

Users who purchased the application or content through another store (Apple App Store, Amazon Appstore) should contact the Support Service of this store with the appropriate request.

This policy applies to requests for refunds that Alpha International IT Group received through its support service on any supported communication channel.

In case of paid applications, Alpha International IT Group will refund 100% of the purchase amount (excluding taxes and fees), provided that the user has contacted Alpha International IT Group support with the relevant request within 24 hours from the moment of purchase. Alpha International IT Group can return up to 50% of the paid application cost, if, at the time of the user’s request for a refund, 24 to 36 hours after the purchase have passed.

Note! Alpha International IT Group do not issue refunds for the content sold in the application. Be careful when choosing such content and making a payment!

The deadlines for refunds depend on the availability of technical capacity and other factors necessary to implement appropriate refund procedures. Usually funds are transferred back to the user’s account within 7 days from the date of the request.
